"Charliston, We've attempted in multiples ways to address your concerns by other means of communication prior to your posting of this review. My office made multiple attempts to contact you regarding documents that were needed to prevent a change in coverages to meet Pennsylvania Auto Insurance requirements. My office did not receive any response from you until months later when your bill was impacted. We have been transparent with communications and patient in discussing policy and procedures but have reached an impasse. "

"I first reached out to Luke via email to purchase renters insurance as per my lease requirements. We spoke several times before finalizing the paperwork on 4/28/25. Prior to finalizing the paperwork. We reached out to the manager’s office for clarification on the amount needed for personal liability; The secretary was RUDE!!!. I expected this behavior, however, Luke did not. Once he received a power point she referenced in conversation Luke new the declaration was correct. The next day 4/29 after submitting the information to the manager; it was stated the policy was incorrect and we needed to add property damage for 100,000. The manager at first refused to speak with him or me. The rudeness he experienced for my sake cannot not be explained. I do know “Acts of kindness” leave a lasting impression. Luke went above and beyond to ensure my policy met the conditions of my lease; even though the management company gave him a hard time. We were determined to get an answer. If I shared the text message of sarcasm I received you would understand. In-spite of this we later learned they, themselves did not understood what liability insurance covered. To Luke I say thank you for sharing in my pain for the day. I pray your continued success. Stay kind don’t get led astray. Thank you Ms. Rashaun Williams State Farm Customer"

"What awesome people at this State Farm office. Kallie, who has been my contact and agent, was incredible from the start of this policy over a year ago for my mom...... Unfortunately my mom passed away last summer. After her death I contacted this office to alert them of this event. They were so sympathetic and helpful and told me to contact them after we sold my moms' house which brings me to today. I called to cancel the policy due to the selling of the house and spoke with Luke.... Wow, what a great guy.... offered his condolences and bent over backwards to make this process so simple and pain free.... Brian, we have never met, but you have some great people working for you... and that's why we never had to meet... they do a great job!!"

"I came into the office 2 minutes earlier before 9:00 am when I found the door was open, it was cold outside. I thought I could wait inside before they began their work. An old big woman rushed out and shouted at me: you can not come into the office, there are still a few minutes. 👎🏼"
