"I've had my STATE FARM policy for over 40 years with the same office. I've been going through a lot and I didn't realize that they were ready to cancel me until today when I got the text message today. I was upset because they had already canceled me 12:00 this morning. When I called the office I spoke to a representative, who's name is Debbie Bounds. I expressed my concerns and told her I was a little upset that all those years of being a customer, no one called me or reached out to me sooner. This woman was wonderful. She was professional, kind and very sympathetic to my situation. People like her and especially today are the reason that I stay with State Farm. She put me on text message alerts instead of emails because I guess the emails they're sending me or getting lost in spam and I'm just not seeing them. Thank you very much Debby. I seriously appreciate the way you were today."

"I got automobile insurance quote from Stacey Martin which was too good to be true so I decided to call her. I believe it was one of the right decisions I made because she was so helpful and customer service oriented and explained to me all the quote line by line and I ended up savings of close to $2k per year. Oh by the way I also got my home insurance covered by State Farm as well. I strongly recommend to go with bundle coverage as it saves more money.
