What impressed me most was the time he took to thoroughly explain every aspect of my policies. He didn’t just give me a price and ask me to sign—I truly understood what I was getting. Luke patiently broke down each coverage, explained the differences between policies, reviewed my options in detail, and answered every question I had.
He also went above and beyond to help me identify available discounts and find the best possible pricing without sacrificing the coverage I needed. I appreciated that he took the time to look at my individual situation rather than simply trying to sell me a policy.
